We I started canoeing I was often hearing name of parts of the vessel in Hawaiian. I don't think I would have recognized them even if they were in English or any other language I am friendly with...

But nonetheless, my first thought was: How can I help the next person?

And that's how this sign was born.

When I delivered it they told me that they had a nice sign before. But it was stolen overnight. So we stepped in.
